We made pickles from the rock samphire we collected fresh from the Aegean shores! It has a very different essence. Eat it that way, add it to salads, or sauté and egg!
Ingredients:
1 Jar of Rock Samphire (Sea Fennel)
1 Glass of Drinking Water
1 Dessertspoon Rock Salt
1 Dessertspoon Lemon Juice
1.5 Cup Grape Vinegar
5-6 Cloves of Garlic
